The essentials
- Booked by the hour — three-hour minimum in the event rooms, one hour in the Studio. Six hours or more takes 10% off the room rate.
- A refundable security deposit — $300 for the Tea Room, $500 for the Atrium, none for the Studio — is charged at booking and returned within 5 business days after your event, less any damages.
- A flat $100 cleaning fee applies to the Tea Room and the Atrium. The Studio has none. No sales tax.
- The Speakeasy is added to an Atrium booking rather than booked on its own — a flat $500, however long you have the Atrium. The Atrium's deposit covers both rooms and no extra cleaning fee applies.
- Outside food and vendors are welcome. We do not provide event-planning services.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event receive a 50% refund of the room rate, including any add-on room. Within 30 days those are non-refundable. Your deposit and cleaning fee are returned in full either way.
How does booking work?+
Choose a room, pick your date, then pick your hours on the timeline — you'll see every unavailable hour and why. The full price appears as you choose, and you check out securely with Stripe. A real person reviews every booking and follows up to confirm.
How much does it cost?+
Rooms are booked by the hour — a three-hour minimum in the event rooms, one hour in the Studio. Monday to Thursday is our weekday rate; Friday, Saturday and Sunday carry the weekend rate. The Studio is one flat rate, every day.
The Tea Room and the Atrium add a flat $100 cleaning fee; the Studio has none. Book six hours or more and 10% comes off the room rate automatically. There is no sales tax, and no other fees — the total you see before checkout is the total you pay.

What exactly am I charged at booking?+
The full room rate, the cleaning fee, and the refundable security deposit — all at the time of booking, in one Stripe payment. The deposit ($300 for the Tea Room, $500 for the Atrium) comes back to you within 5 business days after your event, less any damages. The Studio takes neither a cleaning fee nor a deposit, so you pay the hourly rate and nothing else.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancel more than 30 days before your event and you receive a 50% refund of the room rate. Within 30 days, the room rate is non-refundable. Either way, your security deposit and cleaning fee are returned in full — a cancelled event is neither cleaned nor at risk of damage.
What hours can I book?+
Every room is open 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Friday through Sunday. Bookings start on the hour — three hours minimum in the event rooms, one hour in the Studio.
Does my booking include setup and cleanup time?+
Yes — the hours you book are your hours in the room, start to finish. Please plan your setup and teardown inside that window. We hold two hours between events for turnover, which is why some hours near another booking aren't available.
Can two events happen at once?+
The Tea Room, the Atrium and the Studio are fully independent — all three can be booked for the very same date and hours, by you or by different guests. Within a single event room we need two hours between bookings to reset it; the Studio runs classes back to back with no gap.
Can I bring my own food and vendors?+
Yes. Outside food and vendors are always welcome — bring the caterer, florist, baker, and playlist you love. We do not provide event-planning services, so you're in full creative control.
How many people can each room hold?+
The Tea Room seats up to 24, or 40 standing. The Atrium seats 76, or 90 standing. The Studio holds 15 for yoga and up to 25 for a dance class. See each room's page for details.
Is there parking?+
Yes — street parking and a nearby lot serve the Main Street address, easy for guests arriving from across Orange County.
Can I see the space before booking?+
We can't schedule walk-throughs, but you're welcome to drop by the building during our open hours and have a look on your own — keep in mind an event may be underway. Photos and video of every room are on its page, and you can always email us with questions.
What about the Speakeasy?+
The Speakeasy is our evening room. It opens off the Atrium and shares its entrance, so it's added to an Atrium booking rather than booked on its own — a flat $500, however long you have the Atrium. Choose the Atrium, pick your hours, and tick the Speakeasy before you check out.
